SHIPPING & CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
We only send our orders with reputable transport companies, so that it reaches you quickly and safely.
RETURNS – You have a period of 5 days from the date of receipt to make your return. No returns will be accepted after this deadline. You may return your goods to us and we will refund or exchange your purchase in full provided that the goods are received by us unused, in a perfect saleable condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept returns for non-faulty items which have been worn and/or where tags have been removed.
Shipping cost for exchange will be applied accordingly.
Goods are returned to Tapara Beachwear at your own expense. We recommend you send by recorded transport and retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit.
Please choose carefully as Tapara beachwear is unable to provide refunds unless an item is faulty.
PROCEDURE – To return or exchange an item you have purchased, please contact us at: email@example.com with the reference of your order.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items in poor condition, used or without their packaging and label.
Once you have the package prepared, you will have to send us the package with the transport company that best suits you, being the customer who takes care of the return postage.
Once the return has been accepted by us, you will receive the amount by bank transfer. Your bank details will be needed. Items must be in perfect condition and keep warranty labels. The return or exchange period can take between 7 and 10 working days.
The postage of the first shipment will also be deducted from the total amount of 10.00 €
You will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that the amount has been credited to your account. We remind you that the time of reception of the subscription will depend on your bank.
We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated outside the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered.
